Overview
We are growing our collective and seeking a passionate, values-aligned coach who is ready to contribute meaningfully to a practice that stands for something real. As a coach within our collective, you will work within the framework of our whole-person philosophy.
Pay will be $80-120 per client, depending on level of experience.
Requirements:
- Certification in coaching or equivalent lived and professional experience
- Authentic in your approach; you show up with integrity, transparency, and genuine care for your clients
- Aligned with a holistic, whole-person philosophy of wellness that goes beyond symptom management
- Eager to grow within a collaborative collective and learn alongside seasoned practitioners
- Experience working with clients in a coaching or mentoring capacity
- Strong communication, empathy, and active listening skills
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and self-growth
