Stuart Health and Wellness is a national Durable Medical Equipment Supplier specializing in a wide variety of supplies, including Compression Stockings, Diabetic Testing Supplies, Continuous Glucose Monitor Systems, and more. We seek a dedicated and enthusiastic Marketer to join our growing team.

Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, ambitious, and reliable individual. Our DME Representatives have a compassionate and cool-tempered nature to assist our patients with their medical equipment needs. You will be responsible for growing our referral base, educating patients on our offerings, and shepherding patients through their insurance processes.

This person must have existing relationships they can leverage. They must have a minimum of 2 years of experience promoting and selling medical equipment by building relationships with healthcare providers (referral sources), educating them on products, managing marketing campaigns (digital/print), analyzing market trends, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving revenue growth through strategy and customer engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Relationship Management: Cultivate strong ties with physicians, hospitals, clinics, and other referral sources to boost product adoption.
  • Sales & Revenue Growth: Achieve sales targets, identify new business, conduct product demos, and maintain existing accounts.
  • Product Expertise: Become a go-to expert on the DME product line, staying current on industry advancements and benefits.
  • Compliance & Documentation: Ensure adherence to federal/state regulations (like Medicare/Medicaid rules) and maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with billing, customer service, and operations to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years selling and securing referrals for DME. Must have an existing book of relationships.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret data and market insights.
  • Industry Knowledge: Understanding medical equipment, insurance, and healthcare regulations.
  • Attributes: Self-starter, relationship-builder, results-oriented, organized, and proficient in reporting.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Compensation: Highly competitive compensation program

Physical setting:

  • Newly renovated spacious office environment

Weekly schedule:

  • Full-time 9 AM to 5:30 PM

Education:

· Associate degree preferred.

Professional Experience:

· Minimum experience of two years with Durable Medical Equipment Supplier required.

· Existing book of relationships with healthcare providers and referral sources.

· Knowledge of DME supplies and Diabetic Supplies

· Extensive knowledge of the industry and Medicare Guidelines for Medical supplies.

· Must be efficient with automated office equipment, including computers, calculators, phones, and copiers.

· Excellent customer service skills and comfortable speaking with physicians and patients on the phone.

Work Location: Plantation, Florida and/or remote
