Integrated Med Spa is a well-established medical spa that has proudly served South Davis County for over 20 years. We are known for delivering an exceptional patient experience in a warm, welcoming environment and are one of the fastest-growing med spas in Davis County.
Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced and professional Front Desk Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for a motivated, customer-focused individual who enjoys leadership, organization, and working in a collaborative healthcare and wellness setting.
Position Details
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, and 1 Saturday per month (average 29-35 hours per week)
- Flexibility: Ability to occasionally cover additional days when needed (e.g., vacations or illness)
- Saturday availability is required
- Employment Type: Part-time to Full Time
Compensation & Perks
- Pay: $16.00β$19.00 per hour (DOE) commission and bonus opportunities

Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist clients with professionalism and warmth
- Answer phones and manage client communications
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Collect payments and process transactions
- Maintain front desk organization and daily workflows
- Laundry and room stocking
- Inventory management
- Support goal setting and sales initiatives
- Assist with training and onboarding of team members as needed
- Contacting marketing leads to schedule for services

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a day spa or medical spa
- Sales experience
- Experience with social media and/or marketing
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
- Excellent phone and communication skills
Additional Requirements
- Must be customer-service oriented and team-focused
- Must be available for monthly paid team meetings and training
- Must be able to work Saturdays (1 per month)
- This role works closely with physicians and patients at Integrated Pain Specialists, located within the same clinic (upstairs)
