We are seeking a professional, organized, and customer-focused Front Desk Coordinator / Medical Spa Receptionist who enjoys client interaction, sales, and working in a fast-paced healthcare and wellness environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys providing an exceptional client experience, staying highly organized, and contributing to team sales goals.
Position Details
- Schedule: Monday–Friday 2 Saturdays per month
- Hours: Approximately 30–35 hours per week
- Employment Type: Part-time to Full-time
- Location: South Davis County
- Flexibility required to occasionally cover shifts for vacations or illness

Front Desk Coordinator Responsibilities
- Welcome and check in clients with a professional and friendly attitude
- Answer phones and respond to client inquiries
- Schedule appointments and manage provider calendars
- Process payments and maintain accurate client records
- Maintain front desk organization and daily operations
- Assist with laundry, treatment room stocking, and inventory
- Educate clients on med spa services and treatment packages
- Recommend packages and memberships based on client goals
- Support clinic sales goals and team initiatives
- Assist with training and onboarding new team members when needed
Ideal Candidate

- Highly organized with strong multitasking ability
- Comfortable learning scheduling systems and clinic software
- Reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented

Preferred Qualifications
- Medical spa, day spa, dermatology, or aesthetics experience
- Previous front desk, receptionist, or patient coordinator experience
- Sales or retail experience
- 2 years customer service experience
- Social media or marketing experience is a plus
Additional Requirements
- Must attend monthly paid team meetings and training
- Must be able to work 2 Saturdays per month
This role works closely with physicians and patients at Integrated Pain Specialists, located within the same clinic.
