Responsibilities- Supervise daily shipping operations to ensure timely and accurate shipment of products.
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to organize and prepare orders for shipping.
- Manage and train shipping team members to maintain high performance and safety standards.
- Monitor shipping schedules and adjust plans as necessary to meet delivery deadlines.
- Liaise with carriers, freight companies, and vendors to negotiate shipping rates and services.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
- Maintain accurate shipping records and generate reports on shipment statuses and performance metrics.
- Identify and resolve shipping-related issues, including delays, damages, and discrepancies.
- Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce shipping costs.
- Proven experience as a Shipping Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role within logistics or warehouse environment preferred.
- Strong knowledge of shipping procedures, carrier regulations, and inventory management.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficient in using shipping software, warehouse management systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities.

- Associate or bachelor’s degree in any field required; (logistics, supply chain management, or related field preferred)
