In This Role, You Will Have The Opportunity To
- Perform manufacturing tasks to transform raw materials into final products including operating instruments in the lab.
- Troubleshoot issues/defects by identifying and escalating opportunities for improvement. Assist in writing corrective action and deviation reports.
- Assist and collaborate with Process Specialist/Owners on improvement projects and support training of new technicians.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- 12 months IDT lab experience and proficient in two production functions.
- Understanding of the full value stream.
- An associate degree or above.
- Using continuous improvement tools.
- Extensive computer skills which include knowledge of the Internet, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
