Data Entry Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Data Entry Associate to join our team. This role plays a critical part in maintaining strong client relationships by delivering accurate, timely payroll services and documentation.

This is not a traditional HR role—it is a fast-paced, high-volume position that requires strong attention to detail, consistency, and the ability to perform repetitive tasks with high accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and audit new hire packets for all worksite employees, including I-9s and direct deposit forms
• Ensure accuracy and enter all documentation into the payroll system within 1 business day of receipt
• Handle a high volume of onboarding paperwork (150–300 new hire packets weekly, depending on the Month)
• Complete E-Verify processes for worksite employees
• Create and manage pay cards, including maintaining card inventory
• Answer and assist client phone calls (respond within 3 rings) and ensure all client requests are handled within 24 hours
• Assist with the setup and maintenance of vacation and accrual plans
• Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients
• Utilize internal systems to track tasks, document activity, and maintain accurate client records

Qualifications & Experience

• Proven experience in data entry or similar administrative/clerical roles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database systems
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to accurately transcribe, type, and file information
• Typing speed of 40 WPM and 8,000 KPH preferred
• Ability to thrive in a repetitive, fast-paced environment
• Flexibility with work hours as needed
• Bilingual preferred ( English and Spanish)
