Role Description

Qualifications
- State of Michigan licensure as an LLMSW or LMSW
- Strong skills in therapy modalities for treating depression, anxiety, trauma, and ADHD
- Experience in providing therapeutic services to adolescents, adults, and couples
- Competence in conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and maintaining clinical documentation
- Excellent communication, active listening, and empathetic interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a professional team
