Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC)

IBC is currently seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) in our Andover and Beverly locations. Providers have the option to work in-office, or a hybrid in office and telehealth model.

We are looking for providers with:
- Licensed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner in Massachusetts (PMHNP-BC)
- Experience treating a broad range of psychiatric conditions across the lifespan
- Experience conducting psychiatric evaluations and ongoing medication management
- Interest or experience in integrated care or working alongside therapists
- Strong collaboration skills within a multidisciplinary team
- Experience with evidence-based prescribing practices
- Providers who are self-directed, thoughtful, and relationship-oriented in their care
Desired Skills & Experience
- Master’s or Doctoral Degree in Nursing with PMHNP certification
- Active and unrestricted Massachusetts license
- DEA license (or ability to obtain)
- At least two years of post-graduate psychiatric prescribing experience
- A demonstrated commitment to professional growth and development
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Comfort with EHR systems and technology
