EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Proven track record of success (2 years) in luxury or high-caliber sales, ideally within cosmetic surgery or a related field.
- Experience in a surgical setting and foundational understanding of the surgical patient journey ideal.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Compassionate approach and belief in the transformative power of aesthetics, with the ability to sell a luxury experience while remaining sensitive to patient goals.
- Strong presentation, communication, and closing skills.
- High-end, boutique customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Highly self-motivated and growth-oriented, with a desire to achieve both personal and team goals.
- Collaborative manner with team and physicians.
- Spanish fluency a plus.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive Sales with Integrity & Trust: Engage with 50–100 patient prospects daily via phone and in person, promoting plastic surgery and med spa offerings with honesty and authenticity.
- Be People-Centric with Patient Care: Build lasting, trusting relationships from the first point of contact, guiding patients with empathy and understanding through their aesthetic journey.
- Stay Organized & Accountable: Manage tasks with precision, leveraging tools and systems (e.g., PatientNOW, LeadLoop) to keep processes efficient and aligned with EOS principles.
- Embody a Growth Mindset: Embrace challenges as opportunities, learn from setbacks, and support teammates in achieving shared goals.
- Be Curious & Cutting Edge: Approach patient care and sales strategies with curiosity, seeking innovative solutions that keep the practice at the forefront of aesthetics.
The base salary range for this position is $24-28/hour (plus excellent commission opportunity), dependent upon skills and experience.
