This position is responsible for: Delighting guests with exceptional customer service; answering the phone with a smile and completing all reservations with 100% accuracy; ensuring efficient patient flow through the clinic; having up-to-date knowledge about Radiance products and services; educating guests about Radiance products, services, and policies. This position is pivotal in achieving guest satisfaction, retention and word-of-mouth referrals, and will have a significant impact on the ongoing success of Radiance.
Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Warmly greet and welcome guests upon their arrival at the office.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Provide basic and accurate information in person and via phone/email.
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries.
- Order front office supplies and maintain inventory stock.
- Update calendars and schedule appointments.
Qualifications:
- Experience in appointment booking and POS system preferred
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or in a similar role
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Resourcefulness and proactivity when addressing issues.
- Excellent organizational skills
- Exceptional multitasking and time-management abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks
- Customer service-oriented attitude
- Must be available to work 3 Saturdays per month
- Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives without supervision
- Must be a quick learner, team player, have the drive to grow and learn, and exhibit high ethical standards
- Must be positive, enthusiastic, and high energy, with strong leadership skills
