Excellent opportunity for a customer service superstar to join our fast-paced clinic at Imaging @ Olympic Park as a Medical Receptionist. This full-time position will operate on a 7-day rotating roster (Mon-Sun).

Located in the heart of Melbourne's sporting precinct, Imaging @ Olympic Park provides both medical and interventional medical imaging to both the sporting elite and general public. We work with referring practitioners to provide a personalised patient orientated service to achieve better patient outcomes.

- Join a supportive environment with career development opportunities
- Free onsite parking available for all IOP staff with access to public transport
- 7 day rotating roster, shifts rostered between 7am and 10pm
- Managing all phone enquiries in a timely, professional and confidential manner
- Front of house reception / greeting patients upon arrival
- Schedule appointments for patients and referrers
- Issue patient invoices/receipts and process Medicare rebates as required
- Enter and update patient registration details
- Ensure the reception and waiting area is clean and presentable at all times
About You
- Customer Focus: Experience in a customer-facing role is a plus!
- Willingness to Learn: Ready to dive into medical imaging terminology.
- Tech Savvy: Advanced computer and keyboard skills are a must.
- Service Excellence: Deliver exceptional customer service every time.
