Job Summary: The Administrative Supervisor, under the supervision of the Practice Administrator of Child and Family Services, is responsible for the day-to-day administrative operations of the Child and Family Services Clinic. Duties will include supervising the work performance of administrative staff, managing daily business operations of the Child and Family Services Clinic, overseeing the maintenance of the clinic, training, and oversight of division properties, including computers and office equipment. Must be familiar with managed care organizations, have the ability to run reports and work collaboratively with a team. Education: High School Diploma with 2 years of college courses in business related fields. Years of work experience as a supervisor of clerical staff may be substituted for years of college. Years of experience working in a mental health or medical facility may also be substituted for years of college.
Regular, predictable attendance is considered to be an essential requirement for this position. Other duties may be assigned. May require a flexible work schedule.
