Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Inside Sales Representative to join our team on-site at our Austin, TX location. In this role, you will connect with prospective clients, identify their needs, and provide tailored solutions that align with their goals. Daily responsibilities include lead generation, engaging and following up with potential clients, managing customer accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, and serving as a liaison to provide exceptional customer service. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to meet sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
- Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
- Experience with Account Management and driving client retention
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build long-term client relationships
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Proficiency in CRM tools and basic knowledge of business software applications
- Experience working in or with government or public sector organizations is a plus
