Description
Integra Realty Resources – Sacramento (IRR), the nation’s largest independent valuation and consulting firm with industry leading tools and technology is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Appraiser. We serve Northern California and have offices in the San Francisco Bay Area, Sacramento area, Orange County and Los Angeles County. Superior fee splits, medical/dental benefits, and 401K offered. We also offer an education allowance.
Requirements
- Qualified candidate must be thorough, detail oriented, motivated, and have strong writing skills
- Must be computer literate, IRR utilizes high productivity report writing software
- Proficient in MS Word and Excel
- Argus experience desirable
- Experience in the valuation of LIHTC property is a plus
- Must have the ability to focus on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Certified State License required
- Three plus years Commercial Appraisal experience desired
