Responsibilities
The successful candidate will have the ability to complete various tasks and projects in connection with commercial real estate valuation and consulting assignments. Daily responsibilities will include working with experienced appraisers in research, market and valuation analysis, conducting market interviews, confirming relevant comparable data with parties of the transaction, among other tasks. The applicant will learn to navigate, manage, and search extensive databases and will be trained on Integra’s proprietary software to assist our valuation experts with the estimation of cash flow, discounted cash flow models, analyses of comparable sales and cost analyses.
Requirements
Knowledge and Skills
This is an entry level position in the real estate appraisal industry and no experience is required. The ideal candidate should meet the following requirements.

Education Requirements
BS or BBA degree required, preferably in real estate, journalism, accounting, economics, and/or finance
Compensation
The full-time position offers competitive hourly range of $20.00 -$25.00 per hour, a comprehensive benefits package, and opportunities for career advancement.
