What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dispatcher/ DME position at Integra Healthcare Equipment?
We are looking at add a dispatcher to our team in Minnetonka. The schedule is M-F 2:30 pm - 10:00 pm. There may be some overtime, as well as occasional weekend shifts.
Hourly range is $19-22 depending on experience.

Here at Integra Healthcare Equipment we are looking for self-motivated employees seeking an opportunity to be part of our excellent team in Minnetonka.
The Dispatcher coordinates the daily delivery of durable medical equipment as well as other home care related equipment, to specific points of delivery in a coordinated timely manner.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prioritizes and coordinates ETA's for the daily deliveries, pick-ups, service calls, maintenance or changes in delivery service for Service Technician personnel.
- Communicates to all service technicians regarding any changes to routes.
- Confirms completion of all deliveries, pick-ups, service calls, maintenance or changes in service at the end-of-day for Service Technician personnel in computer system.
EXPERIENCE:
- Must have experience in the Dispatch industry and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Prior experience in the healthcare industry will be helpful but not necessary.
