What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dispatcher/ DME position at Integra Healthcare Equipment?
We are looking at add a dispatcher to our dispatching team. The schedule is M-F, evening shift - start time between 12pm-2pm
Hourly range is $20-$25 depending on experience.

The Dispatcher coordinates the daily delivery of durable medical equipment as well as other home care related equipment, to specific points of delivery in a coordinated timely manner, and efficiently manages the service technician vehicle fleets.
Minimum Requirements:
- Must have experience in the Dispatch industry and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Prior experience in the healthcare industry is helpful but not required.
- Must be able to work mandatory overtime.
- Must be available to work some weekends as required.
Major Responsibilities/Activities:
- Prioritizes and coordinates ETA's for the daily deliveries, pick-ups, service calls, maintenance or changes in delivery service for Service Technicians.
- Communicates to all Service Technicians regarding any changes to routes.
- Confirms completion of all deliveries, pick-ups, service calls, maintenance or changes in service at the end-of-day for Service Technicians in computer system.
