Accountabilities & Responsibilities
- Lead the total rewards planning processes and ensure that significant risks and opportunities are articulated and highlighted
- Provide expertise regarding the strategic design, implementation, communication, and administration of the company’s compensation programs, annual and long-term incentives, and executive compensation
- In collaboration with the board’s executive compensation consultant, proactively review executive compensation matters and trends, and recommend compensation structure and base pay adjustments, annual and long-term cash incentive plan design changes, target bonus levels, equity award guidelines, and competitive executive benefit programs. Prepare and present analyses, materials and recommendations to senior leadership and the Compensation Committee. To this end, engage effectively, proactively, and thoughtfully with the Board of Directors
- Cross functionally collaborating with executives, managers and employees when developing and executing the strategies, programs and practices that create a robust value proposition for Integer’s total rewards strategy.
- Provide leadership to Integer’s job architecture program, ensuring that all salary programs, merit budgets and salary structures have market pricing at their core and are aligned with Integer’s overall philosophy
- Work with legal counsel, stock administration, and accounting, to prepare the CD&A for the annual proxy and to ensure the design, monitoring and payout of various cash and equity plans is done in accordance with corporate priorities, governance and accounting practices
- Develop and drive a global/international benefits strategy to ensure Integer’s programs attract and retain talent
- Adheres to Integer's Values and all safety, environmental, security and quality requirements including, but not limited to: Quality Management Systems (QMS), Safety, Environmental and Security Management Systems, U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, company policies and operating procedures, and other regulatory requirements.

Special Skills:
- The ideal candidate will be a proven compensation and benefits leader who has led a team at a multibillion-dollar public company with a global footprint.
- Manufacturing industry experience is desired.
- Previous experience designing and administering executive compensation programs, including presenting to outside directors and other stakeholders.
- Experience rationalizing international benefits programs and strategically directing the benefits function.
- Superior executive presence with the ability and credibility to present ideas and recommendations at all levels within the organization and to senior leadership, the Compensation Committee, the Board of Directors, and Shareholders
- Solid understanding of the competitive environment for attracting, developing, and retaining talent, as well as a deep knowledge of compensation regulatory, compliance, legislative, and market issues and trends and policy implications.
- Must be a leader who is as comfortable operating in a company culture where you act as a strategic leader that is also expected to roll up their sleeves and deliver.
- Demonstrated executive presence in both verbal and written communications
- Keen analytical capabilities, in particular, the ability to identify market gaps in all elements of “total global compensation” programs, as well as risks.
