About You
Are you a confident and empathetic communicator who thrives in a high-volume call and email environment? You bring professionalism, sound judgment, and a service-oriented mindset to every interaction, especially when supporting a diverse, global audience.
What You’ll Do
- Respond to a high volume of inbound phone calls and emails, providing accurate and efficient resolution to applicant inquiries.
- Provide clear guidance on policies, procedures, billing inquiries, and online portal functionality.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide timely resolutions and effective first-contact support
- De-escalate sensitive or high-stress situations while maintaining empathy and professionalism.
- Use good judgment to identify matters that need to be escalated appropriately.
- At least 2 years of customer service experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced setting
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and navigating multiple systems
- High school diploma required
