We’re hiring a full-time Seasonal Analyst to review and process residency and fellowship application documents within our ERAS (Electronic Residency Application Services) department.
Requirements:
- Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint, along with strong analytical and administrative abilities.
- Experience: 2 years in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. Experience in medical education documentation is a plus.
- Education: High school diploma required, associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Process and review residency and fellowship application documents.
- Collaborate with management and peers to ensure timely and accurate document handling.
- Tackle unique applicant cases, ensuring proper resolution with manager approval.
- Perform additional tasks.
