Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions
- Maintain and enhance existing applications to meet evolving business needs
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning and stand-ups
- Write and execute unit tests, support overall testing efforts
- Perform code reviews and contribute to technical design discussions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions
- Support production environments and manage deployments (CI/CD)
- Develop integrations using REST, SOAP, JSON, and XML
- Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and workflows
- Ensure security, data integrity, and compliance with organizational standards
- 3 years of Salesforce development experience
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (required)
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science (or equivalent experience)
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Experience with integration platforms (e.g., MuleSoft) preferred
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform, architecture, and APIs
- Experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components
- Proficiency in JavaScript (Node, Angular, or React preferred)
- Experience with HTML, CSS, SQL, and related technologies
- Familiarity with source control tools (GitHub, Bitbucket, TFS)
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Salesforce DX, ANT)
- Understanding of relational databases and data modeling
- Experience with Service Cloud and case management preferred
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a complex environment
- Ability to mentor junior developers and share best practices
