About Intake Breathing
Intake Breathing is a fast-growing consumer health and wellness company dedicated to helping people breathe and perform better through innovative nasal breathing products. We are opening our Reno Distribution Center and are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team.
Position Overview
This position plays a key role in our fulfillment operations, supporting shipping, receiving, inventory management, and warehouse organization. The ideal candidate is comfortable using computers and web-based software and can serve as a backup resource for creating shipping labels and processing outbound shipments.
Responsibilities
- Receive, unload, and organize incoming shipments
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Process orders from Amazon, Shopify, TikTok Shop, retail, and other sales channels
- Create shipping labels and assist with daily shipping operations
- Prepare freight, parcel, and international shipments
- Assist with inventory counts and warehouse organization
- Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely
- Support other warehouse and fulfillment activities as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Previous warehouse, fulfillment, or shipping experience preferred
- Computer literate and comfortable learning new software systems
- Experience with shipping platforms, e-commerce systems, or inventory software is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
