Enrollment Service Agent – Bilingual (Spanish) – $20/hr | Oakland, CA
Full-Time | Contract | Onsite

InSync Consulting Services LLC is seeking a Bilingual (Spanish) Enrollment Service Agent to join our team in Oakland, CA. This is an onsite position assisting community members with health insurance benefit enrollment. Full training will be provided.

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Conduct face-to-face outreach and presentations for beneficiaries (individual & group settings).
• Explain managed care options and assist with enrollment/un-enrollment processes.
• Support beneficiaries with medical exemptions and waiver inquiries.
• Accurately complete data entry and maintain enrollment records in CRM systems.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with county staff, community groups, and clients.
• Provide status updates on enrollment cases and handle beneficiary questions in both English and Spanish.
• Assist with training new team members and supporting community events/health fairs.
• Ensure compliance with all policies, procedures, and performance standards.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• Bilingual – Spanish (read, write, and speak fluently) required.
• Valid CA Driver’s License, insurance, and ability to travel within the county.
• Computer literacy with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); ability to learn new software quickly.
• Typing speed of 20 WPM.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Six months of human services, teaching, community outreach, marketing, or public relations experience strongly preferred.
• Experience working with low-income or diverse populations a plus.

Work Location: Oakland, CA (Onsite – travel within county as needed)
