InSync Consulting is looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Forklift Operator for a contract-to-hire position in Lithia Springs, Georgia. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing incoming and outgoing shipments, maintaining inventory, and operating Raymond-brand forklifts. Attention to detail is essential for accurately verifying shipment information, organizing materials, and completing order fulfillment tasks. Key Responsibilities:

• Operate various types of Raymond-brand forklifts.
• Handle shipping and receiving duties.
• Manage inventory and organize materials.
• Ensure accuracy in order fulfillment and shipment documentation.
  
  

Qualifications:

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 1 year of forklift operation experience in a warehouse setting.
• Valid Forklift Operator Certification (required).
• Recent experience operating a Raymond-brand forklift (within the past 6 months).
• Basic computer skills and the ability to operate a PC.
• Ability to read and understand instructions, memos, and short correspondence.
  
  

Physical Requirements:

• Frequently stand, with occasional walking, sitting, reaching, climbing, balancing, and talking/hearing.
• Must be able to lift or move up to 25 pounds occasionally.

• 1 year of experience operating a forklift (Raymond brand required).
• Ability to commute to Lithia Springs, GA.
