The pay range for a Personal Lines Service Consultant is $$45,000 - $60,000 / year
Our Compensation package includes a competitive base salary monthly uncapped commissions renewal commissions monthly bonus incentives
What You Will Do:
The Personal Lines Sales Consultant is an inside sales role with a focus on building a book of business by sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound leads, cross-selling, generating customer referrals, and other lead sources. The Personal Lines Sales Consultant will sell new business by building relationships with customers, identifying their needs, and offering a customized insurance solution from our portfolio of 100 carriers. Requirements for this role include an upbeat and positive attitude, proficiency in multitasking, strong follow-through, and excellent communication skills. We value teamwork and seek individuals who can collaborate effectively with their colleagues.

Key Attributes:
- High school or equivalent
- An active 2-20 (Resident General Lines), 20-44 (Property and Casualty), or 4-40 (Customer Representative) license
- 1 years of experience with an insurance agency or carrier
- Proven track record of the ability to generate new business sales, retain existing business, and cross-sell other lines of business
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work well independently and on a team
- Precise verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to deliver a tailored, white-glove experience to all clients
Preferred Attributes:
- Bachelor’s Degree or 1 year(s) of relevant sales experience
- Fluency in Spanish is welcome but not required
