Pay Details:

The pay range for the Manager of Customer Service is $50,000 - $110,000 / year performance-based bonuses

Location:

Onsite at: 30 Waterside Dr. Farmington, CT 06032

What You Will Do:

InsureOne is seeking a results-driven and dynamic leader to oversee our Customer Service team in Farmington. This role is responsible for supervising daily team performance, coaching and developing staff, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional service while driving revenue growth. Key responsibilities include resolving escalated customer issues, building strong client relationships, maintaining operational excellence, and executing business plans to achieve production and active customer goals.   • Supervise the daily performance and productivity of the Customer Service team to ensure alignment with business goals and service standards
  • Drive business growth and customer retention by proactively building strong client relationships and educating customers on insurance products that best meet their needs
  • Coach and mentor team members to consistently deliver exceptional customer service and uphold company values
  • Develop and implement business plans to achieve operational goals, monitoring team performance to ensure success across all assigned customer portfolios
  • Handle escalated customer service issues with professionalism and efficiency, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction
  • Lead the execution of all Branch Operational Excellence (BOE) standards to maintain high levels of quality, compliance, and performance

Key Attributes:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Active Property & Casualty license
  • 3 years of experience in insurance sales or customer service
  • 3 years of experience in staff management or team leadership
  • Experience demonstrating effective understanding and application of InsureOne underwriting guidelines/procedures
  • Proven track record of professional success in meeting and exceeding individual goals and KPI's
  • Competent in the use of Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities
  • Clear, concise verbal and written communication skills
  • Capacity to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Skilled in delivering a personalized, white-glove client experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree
