Pay Range:

$50,000 - $110,000 / year

The compensation range includes a competitive base salary with uncapped earning potential through our sales commission structure, along with performance-based bonuses.

What You Will Do:

The Commercial Lines Account Executive is a licensed insurance professional responsible for driving new business growth through proactive outside sales efforts, managing and renewing an established book of business, and developing long-term client relationships. This role focuses on identifying, cultivating, and converting sales prospects and referral sources while delivering tailored commercial insurance solutions to meet client needs.

  • Proactively generate and develop new business leads, schedule appointments, assess customer needs, and recommend appropriate insurance products and solutions
  • Prepare and present insurance quotes, deliver compelling sales presentations, and consistently close new busines
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing ongoing follow-up and account support as needed
  • Establish and grow referral and networking partnerships with small business owners and professional partners, including real estate agents and mortgage lenders
  • Collaborate with the agency to develop, execute, and achieve marketing and production goals
  • Demonstrate a strong work ethic with a consistent, results-driven commitment to daily success

Our Ideal Candidate:

We are actively seeking a motivated individual to join our high-performing sales team, offering unparalleled opportunities for professional growth. While prior experience in the insurance industry or agency setting is preferred, we are committed to training the right candidate.

Key Attributes:

  • High school or equivalent
  • 3 years of experience with Property & Casualty Personal Lines and Commercial lines insurance products 
  • 2 years of Outside/Field Sales experience
  • Strong proven track record of professional success in meeting and exceeding sales goals
  • General Lines Property and Casualty Insurance license
  • Effective communication, customer service, team collaboration, and telephone etiquette skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Ability to consistently process transactions accurately
  • Competent in the use of Word, Excel, and Outlook

Preferred Attributes:

  • Bachelor’s Degree 
  • Multi-Carrier experience preferred
  • Fluency in Spanish is welcome but not required

Salary : $50,000 - $110,000
