Pay Details:
Starting base pay for a Sales Agent is $45,760 / year
Average first year earnings range from $55K-$75K through a combination of base pay and generous commission.
Top Performing Agents in their second year and onward, can earn up to $110,000 / year

What You Will Do:
- Handle high-intent, inbound-only leads—absolutely no cold calling
- Consult across personal and commercial lines to design customized coverage
- Match clients with products from 100 top-tier national and regional carriers
- Retain and grow client relationships through consultative lifecycle management
- Document and maintain regulatory and carrier compliance with precision
- Engage collaboratively with leadership in a high-performance sales culture
Our Ideal Candidate:
- High School Diploma
- Active Property & Casualty license (preferred), or the willingness to obtain a license within 60 days of hire
- 1 year of insurance sales or service experience
- Call Center experience
- Strong communication, follow-up, and close-orientation
Preferred Attributes:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Experience handling multi-carrier, multi-state quoting preferred
- 1 year experience working in a call center environment
- Fluency in Spanish is welcome but not necessary
