Position Summary
The Escrow Support Staff members provide administrative and operational support to the escrow team throughout the transaction process. This position assists with document preparation, file management, client communications, and various administrative tasks that help ensure smooth and timely closings.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist escrow officers and team members with day-to-day administrative tasks.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain escrow files and transaction documents.
- Scan, upload, file, and manage electronic and paper records.
- Support the opening and closing of escrow transactions.
- Communicate professionally with clients, lenders, aircraft brokers and dealers, and other parties involved in transactions.
- Review documents for completeness and accuracy.
- Track deadlines and follow up on outstanding items.
- Assist with data entry and updating internal systems.
- Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and provide exceptional customer service.
- Perform general office and administrative support duties as assigned.
