Position Summary
The Documents Department Floater provides administrative and documentation support across various functions of the department. This role assists with document preparation, FAA filings, records management, electronic filings with the International Registry, and general clerical support to help ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
As a floater, you will have the opportunity to learn multiple processes and support different team members as business needs require.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, organize, file, and maintain documents and records.
- Assist with document submissions and filings with government agencies, including the FAA and the International Registry.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of documents prior to submission.
- Scan, copy, sort, and archive paperwork and records.
- Provide general administrative support to various departments as needed.
- Support special projects and other administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Required
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.

Preferred
- Previous experience in administrative support, document processing, records management, or similar office roles.
- Experience with aviation or real estate title industries.
