You will play a key role in:
- Expanding provider relationships
- Increasing awareness of advanced treatment options
- Strengthening long-term referral partnerships
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with referring providers, including primary care physicians and specialty practices
- Serve as a trusted point of contact for providers seeking advanced treatment options for their patients
- Educate providers on specialized procedures, diagnostics, and care pathways
- Identify and develop new referral sources across the territory
- Conduct regular in-person visits, meetings, and outreach to maintain strong provider engagement
- Track outreach activity and relationship development within assigned territory
- Gather market feedback and share insights to improve provider experience and access to care
- Partner internally to ensure a seamless experience for referred patients and referring providers
Qualifications
- Experience in physician outreach, provider relations, healthcare business development, or similar external-facing role
- Comfortable engaging with physicians and clinical stakeholders in a professional, credible manner
- Familiarity with specialty care environments and referral dynamics (experience supporting procedural or diagnostic services preferred)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly organized with the ability to manage a territory and prioritize outreach efforts
- Comfortable working in a field-based role with regular local travel
