Claims Adjuster- Commercial Auto (PD & BI)Location: King of Prussia, PA area (Hybrid: 4 days in-office, 1 remote)Compensation: $85,000 – $110,000About the OpportunityA new Third-Party Administrator (TPA) focused on trucking and commercial transportation risk is expanding its claims team. With over 650 active claims currently under management, the company is looking to add experienced Claims Adjusters to handle a growing commercial auto portfolio. This is an exciting chance to join a fast-growing organization at the ground level, with opportunities to make an immediate impact and grow with the company.Key ResponsibilitiesInvestigate, evaluate, and resolve Commercial Auto Property Damage (PD) and Bodily Injury (BI) claims.Manage a caseload that includes both litigated and non-litigated matters.Conduct liability and coverage analysis, and develop appropriate claim resolution strategies.Collaborate with defense counsel, medical professionals, and insureds throughout the life of the claim.Negotiate settlements effectively and within authority.Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with internal processes and best practices.QualificationsExperience: 3 years of claims adjusting in Commercial Auto, General Liability, Personal Auto, or related injury-based lines.Litigation experience preferred.Open to candidates with Personal Lines or GL backgrounds who are eager to specialize in Commercial Auto BI/PD.Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.Ability to manage complex and varying claim types.Adjuster license (or ability to obtain) as required by jurisdiction.What We OfferCompetitive salary: $100K–$150K, commensurate with experience.Opportunity to help shape the culture and processes of a growing company.Hands-on exposure to complex commercial auto claims with direct career growth potential.
