Compensation Plan examples based on average monthly production including salary and commissions (not including bonuses, IRA math, benefits, etc):
* 45 items a month = ~$95,000 per year
* 55 items a month = ~$125,000 per year
* 65 items a month = ~$150,000 per year
... scales up every 10 items all the way to 100 items a month on average for a truly high performing producer would earn ~$200,000 per year.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Aggressively generate new business through cold calling, referrals, networking events, social media outreach, and community involvement.
- Consistently exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals by maintaining a relentless focus on lead generation and closing new P&C policies.
- Present and sell insurance products in a clear, confident, and persuasive manner to individuals and business owners.
- Negotiate and close deals while demonstrating expert product knowledge and a sense of urgency.
- Maintain an active pipeline using CRM tools track leads, follow-ups, renewals, and performance metrics daily.
- Collaborate with support staff to ensure smooth policy issuance and servicing.
- Stay compliant with state licensing, company standards, and industry regulations while maintaining ethical sales practices.
- Continuously improve by staying current on market trends, competitors, and new product offerings.
Requirements
What You'll Bring:
Active Property & Casualty Insurance License required.
