Job Description

For licensed insurance professionals who love to close and would rather work warm leads than cold calls.

FULLY REMOTE team with offices in Pequannock, NJ and Columbia, MD for anyone who prefers to come in. Not required.

The Opportunity

Around 3,500 households carry just one policy with our agency. They already know us and trust us. Home with no auto. Auto with no home. No umbrella. No life insurance. Every one of them is a conversation that ends in a sale when it’s handled right.

Your job is to have those conversations.

This is a sales job. You will take inbound calls, but routine requests are increasingly handled by automation and centralized support, which puts more of your day into the conversations that pay. If you want a quiet customer service desk, this is not the role for you.

We don’t fight cancellations, we win them back with facts. When a customer calls to leave, we show them exactly what they’d be giving up with the other company before we ever talk price. It’s a proven process, and every policy you save pays you $100.

Compensation and Benefits

Compensation examples based on average monthly cross-sale items, including salary and commission (not including bonuses, IRA match, or benefits):

• 10 items a month = ~$57,000 per year

• 20 items a month = ~$69,000 per year

• 30 items a month = ~$91,000 per year

Plus save bonuses on top: $100 for every policy you save through our retention process. Just 4 saves a month adds ~$4,800 a year.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

• Call existing customers every day to review their household and round out their coverage

• See the whole household, find what’s missing, and ask for the sale

• Turn inbound service calls into policy reviews once the request is handled

• Save customers who call to cancel, using our proven retention process

• Hit clear daily activity targets and track your pipeline in our CRM

• Ask for referrals and Google reviews on every good call

Requirements

What You Need

• The role pays a 50k base, everything above that comes from closing sales
• You must not be mainly looking for a customer service role
• You must be comfortable making outbound sales calls, with your calls recorded and reviewed for coaching
• Active Property & Casualty license (required)
• 1 year of sales experience, insurance preferred
• You ask for the sale, every time, without being told
• You handle objections and keep control of the conversation
• You’re comfortable being measured daily and want to be coached
• You’re organized and accurate when quoting and documenting

Salary : $57,000 - $90,000
