- Proactively engaging and networking with mortgage brokers, real estate agents and financial planners to cultivate strong strategic relationships and establish a steady stream of referral prospects
- Utilizing your expertise to gain client trust and navigate the pros and cons of various carriers
- Showcasing your follow-up skills to convert prospects into loyal customers

- You have a minimum of 1-2 years of P&C insurance experience
- Hold a Property and Casualty Agent Insurance License
- You are proficient in MS Office and various CRM systems

- You can break down complex concepts into easy-to-understand language
- You're driven to succeed independently but can also be a team player
