Position Summary
We’re seeking a bilingual (Korean/English) Personal Lines Agent to join our in-office team in Duluth. The ideal candidate is personable, detail-oriented, and motivated to build lasting relationships with clients while growing a career in insurance. This is an excellent opportunity to join a respected, expanding agency that values teamwork, professionalism, and growth.
**You do not need prior insurance experience; however, you will be required to learn the job quickly and diligently. Cornerstone will cover costs for your training as well.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise clients on personal insurance coverage including home, auto, umbrella, and other personal lines
- Quote, bind, and issue new policies through multiple carriers
- Manage renewals and proactively remarket accounts to maintain competitive coverage and pricing
- Respond to client inquiries, policy changes, billing questions, and claims support
- Maintain accurate client records and follow agency compliance procedures
- Deliver outstanding customer service and maintain strong retention rates
Qualifications
- Fluent in Korean and English (spoken and written)
- Prior insurance or customer service experience preferred; P&C license a plus (licensing sponsorship available)
- Excellent communication, organization, and follow-up skills
- Dependable, professional, and eager to learn
