- An annual salary ranging from $45,000 - $50,000 depending on your experience

The Core Qualifications:
- 2 years of personal lines insurance experience
- An active Property & Casualty License
- Strong command of coverage and product knowledge, coupled with a solid understanding of agency functions and procedures.
- Proficiency with insurance agency management systems, EPIC preferred, MS Office, and other database management systems.
The Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering exceptional and professional service to both clients and producers.
- Help with identifying new business opportunities through outside sales initiatives.
- Reviewing insurance applications to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Providing ongoing support to current clients while strategically generating future business.
- Accurately compiling data related to insurance policy changes and maintaining meticulous records.
- Coordinating and overseeing services, coverages, pricing, and proposals, leading to successful sales finalization.
