Preferred Qualifications:
- 3-4 years of proven experience as an Employee Benefits Account Manager
- An active Life & Health license
- Demonstrated proficiency with benefits administration software.
- Strong verbal, written, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Experience managing both small and large group accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Account Servicing: Effectively manage and service a diverse portfolio of primarily small to large group accounts.
- Client Relationship Development: Cultivate and nurture client relationships built on trust and professionalism.
- Enrollment Support: Provide comprehensive assistance with open enrollment initiatives.
- Document Processing: Accurately process endorsements, proposals, and renewals.
- Information Handling: Timely and efficient response to requests for information and documentation.
