What we need from you:
- 2 years of administrative or clerical experience; prior experience in the insurance industry
- An active Property & Casualty license is preferred
- Experience working with agency management systems (e.g., AppliedEpic, AMS360), Microsoft Office Suite, carrier websites, and other relevant software systems as required for the position
What you will be doing:
- Performing administrative tasks, including document organization, scanning, and printing.
- Professionally managing incoming calls, promptly responding to emails, and proactively assisting clients with their insurance inquiries and needs.
- Maintaining accurate client files and policy details within the agency management system.
- Efficiently inputting applications and supporting online rating processes.
- Thoroughly verifying critical information for file documentation, such as premiums, policy numbers, claims reports, and forms.
- Collaborating with internal departments to meet customer needs effectively.
