Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience - 1 years of experience in employee benefits or administrative roles
- License - An active Life & Health License (or willingness to obtain one)
- Software - Proficient with MS Office, Outlook, and software like Health Connect/AMS 360
- Client Experience- A detail-oriented mindset with amazing communication skills!!
The Position:
- Assist the Account Manager with preparing the necessary documents
- Responsible for benefits administration, such as creating new hire packets and open enrollment for all clients
- Assist with administrative duties i.e., opening and distributing mail, upkeep accurate/detailed documentation, and recordkeeping
- Work with the team to improve workflow, documentation, and communication
