Preferred Skills:
- 5 years of experience managing commercial accounts
- Active Property & Casualty license.
- Demonstrated capability with industry-leading agency management systems (e.g., AppliedEpic, AMS360).
- Strong working knowledge of commercial insurance coverages, products, and agency best practices.
- Proven ability to proactively manage commercial insurance accounts, including servicing client needs, processing policy changes, and assisting with claims.
The Core Responsibilities:
- Service a book composed primarily of small to mid-sized commercial accounts.
- Cultivate strong, trusting client partnerships through highly professional and attentive service.
- Efficiently execute essential policy functions, including the processing of certificates, notices of cancellation, and endorsements.
- Timely and accurate handling of all requests for information and necessary documentation.
- Prepare thorough applications for submission, utilizing underwriting information provided by the producer.
- Coordinate directly with carriers and markets to obtain timely and accurate quotations.
