The Fun Stuff:
- $80,000 - $115,000 annual salary, plus commission and bonus opportunities

- Following the initial training period, a hybrid work schedule will be implemented, offering a blend of in-office and remote work

Preferred Qualifications:
- Valid Property & Casualty insurance license
- 5 years in Commercial Lines Account Management
- Proficiency in EPIC and experience with mid-size accounts preferred
- In-depth understanding of insurance coverages, products, and agency procedures
The Position:
- Manage a mid-size book of business composed of real estate, commercial, residential, and construction accounts
- Maintain consistent direct contact with clients and deliver exceptional customer service
- Consult with clients to determine their coverage options and recommend the most suitable solutions
- Actively market new and renewal business opportunities
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with insurance carriers
- Conduct initial reviews of policies and prepare comprehensive coverage breakdowns
- Respond promptly to correspondence, telephone, and in-person inquiries from insureds regarding coverage, policy changes, premium payments, and related matters
- Assist in gathering renewal exposure information in collaboration with the producer
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned
