Commercial Lines Insurance Account Manager

Insurance experience, while desired, is not required. We are willing to train and assist the right candidate in obtaining their insurance license.
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to our valued clients via phone, email, and in person.
- Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing, and availability.
- Assist co-workers with servicing new and existing accounts.
- Prepare Household Reviews for current clients and find cross-sell opportunities when applicable.
- Focus on Agency Retention by establishing long-lasting loyal relationships.
- Data entry in various platforms
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Excellent phone etiquette and verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to tactfully handle stressful and demanding situations.
- Good analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency with computers and office equipment.
- Discretion and integrity in maintaining confidentiality.
- Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team.
