They currently offer an opportunity to combine marketing and personal lines expertise, and build meaningful relationships with agents across the region.
Are you ready to be part of a new wave in underwriting? We are seeking a dynamic individual to join their organization in an Agency Relations Underwriter/ Personal Lines Production Underwriter role. This is not your traditional desk underwriting role as you’ll combine marketing, new business development, and personal lines underwriting in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Welcome and onboard new agency contacts with energy and professionalism.
Train and empower agents to use online rating tools effectively.
Approve online quotes requiring underwriting review, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Support underwriting tasks while gaining hands-on exposure to personal lines.
Represent client at agency partner events, roadshows, and other industry functions.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Recent college graduates welcome to apply. And while a college degree a plus, a positive attitude, drive, and outgoing personality matter most.
Tech-savvy and comfortable helping others use software tools.
Self-starter with independence and confidence in managing your day.
Sales or client-facing experience preferred, but enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key.
