ABOUT THE ROLE
A rapidly growing, A rated property & casualty insurance carrier is seeking experienced Casualty Claims Operations Manager to oversee and elevate auto casualty claims handling in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker and hands-on leader who thrives in guiding teams, improving processes, and ensuring best-in-class claims performance.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead and manage the end-to-end casualty claims operation, ensuring timely and cost-effective resolutions.
Mentor, develop, and inspire a team of adjusters and support staff, fostering accountability and performance.
Implement process improvements and best practices to drive efficiency and mitigate loss exposure.
Monitor high-severity claims and litigation, ensuring effective risk management.
Deliver key performance insights to senior leadership through reporting and analysis.
Collaborate with cross-functional partners in Claims, Underwriting, and Finance to support business goals.
Design and scale operational structures to support ongoing company growth.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Risk Management, Insurance, or related field (advanced degree a plus).
7 years of casualty claims management experience, including 3 years in a leadership role.
Strong background in auto claims; non-standard auto expertise is highly valued.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Proven ability to analyze complex claims issues and drive practical, results-oriented solutions.
Salary : $140,000 - $160,000
