We are seeking an Insurance Customer Service Representative who is detail-oriented, client-focused, and motivated to grow within a professional insurance organization. This role is responsible for supporting clients through renewals, policy changes, service requests, and proactive coverage reviews, while also identifying cross-sell opportunities. Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support for service requests and policy questions

- Consult with clients to explain coverage options and next steps clearly
- Maintain organized and compliant client records
