Licensed Personal Lines Insurance Service & Sales Representative

We are seeking a motivated and licensed Personal Lines Insurance Service & Sales Representative to join our growing team.
This is a fast-paced, high-volume office environment ideal for someone who is driven, customer-focused, organized, and ready to grow with one of California’s fastest-growing independent insurance agencies.

Active California P&C License Required

Responsibilities
- Quote and write new Personal Lines business
- Service existing client accounts
- Process endorsements and policy changes
- Answer inbound calls and assist customers
- Cross-sell and re-quote policies
- Provide outstanding customer service
Qualifications
- Active California P&C or Personal Lines License
- Strong computer skills (PL Rater, carrier websites, Outlook, Windows)
- Excellent communication and phone skills
- Organized, dependable, and goal-oriented
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
