Commercial Lines Insurance Account Manager
Insurance Agency of MidAmerica is seeking an experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our well-established and growing independent insurance agency. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, organized, and committed to providing exceptional service to our commercial insurance clients.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts.
- Provide outstanding customer service and respond promptly to client requests.
- Process policy changes, renewals, endorsements, and certificates of insurance.
- Work closely with producers and insurance carriers to meet clients' coverage needs.
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure timely follow-up on all account activity.
Qualifications:
- Previous commercial lines insurance experience required.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with agency management systems and Microsoft Office is a plus.
- Positive attitude and a strong commitment to customer service.
