- $20/hr to start (paid training).
- Tier 1: $22/hr (Requires 2 perfect weeks) - Perfect week = on-time zero callbacks/bad reviews.
- Tier 2: $24/hr (Requires 4 perfect weeks).
- Tier 3: $26/hr to $28/hr (Requires 8 perfect weeks mentor 1 shift/week).
- $25/mentoring shift.
- Crew/Truck Lead: $28/hr to $30/hr

**What you’ll do**
- Install blown-in attic and batt insulation along with a variety of types of insulation.
- Follow safety and quality checklists; keep job sites clean.
- Load/unload materials; lift 50 lbs; work on ladders/attics.
**Schedule**
- Full-time, Mon–Fri, 40–50 hrs typical.
- Minimum 4 hours pay on work days.
**You are**
- Reliable, on-time, hard worker, coachable. Valid driver’s license required for Crew Lead.
- Comfortable with physical work, heights, and hot/cold spaces.
